Cararama is a trademark of the Hong Kong association Hongwell Toys Limited, which specializes in the creation of scale models and toy vehicles. In 2004, Hongwell was accredited with ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System.
As part of the brand, the company produces Cararama cars in 1:24, 1:43, 1:72, 1:87 scales, among which 1:72 models have received international recognition as a new standard for replicas.
The list of Cararama brands includes models of such auto concerns as AvtoVAZ, Peugeot, BMW, Porsche, Ford, Jaguar, Land Rover, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Renault, Toyota, Volvo, Mercedes, Audi, Honda, Volkswagen, Saab, Dodge, Chevrolet, Hammer and many others. The company also produces Cararama models of Russian cars and military vehicles in camouflage colors.
Game sets include several series: from one Cararama to 22 items. Cararama cars and sets are packaged in strong blue, red and green colored cardboard boxes with a transparent plastic front wall.
Each car has opening doors, a trunk, wheels and a steering wheel move, and in some models a fairly well-detailed chassis and a well-designed interior.
Each series is divided not only by quantity, but also by subject: fire, construction, police, racing, ambulance, agricultural, repair, rescue service, etc.
