Using the toothbrush Squeeze toothpaste onto the brush. Place the toothbrush in your mouth. To select the appropriate mode, gently press the power button. A 2-minute timer will start – every 30 seconds there will be a 0.5-second pause between the light turning on and off to remind you to change the area of the mouth. Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn off. Brush your teeth according to the recommendations: each area of the mouth should be brushed for 30 seconds. Rinse your mouth with water. After brushing, rinse the toothbrush under water.
