We recommend using the NUK sterilizer for disinfection. • After washing or sterilization, squeeze out any remaining water from the soother and leave it to dry. This is also to maintain hygiene. • Soothers should not be washed in a dishwasher - cleaning agents may damage them. • Hygienic cleaning in the microwave: Fill the soother storage box with water up to the lower marking. Only then insert the soother inside. Do not place the box in the center of the microwave plate to ensure even heating and prevent material damage. IMPORTANT: Heat the closed box according to the time and microwave power values (engraved) provided on the box! Additionally, follow the device's operating instructions! Do not open the microwave for the next 5 minutes. Note: There is also a risk of burns after 5 minutes! If an incorrect amount of water, time, or heating power is used, it may cause material damage! Pour out any remaining water. Leave the soothers to dry in the open box. Check the temperature before use! Store the soother box in a place inaccessible to children. If there are any signs of damage, discard the product. • Also check the rubber part of the soother, especially if the child is teething. Some children bite the rubber part of the soother so hard that it may cause damage, and sometimes even complete biting off. If necessary, provide the child with special teething toys. • Use only dedicated soother holders that comply with EN 12586 standards. Never attach ribbons or straps to the soother, as this may pose a choking hazard to the child. • Do not store the soother in sunlight or near a heat source. Do not leave it in a cold sterilization solution longer than recommended by the manufacturer, as this may weaken the material. • In rare cases, a child may put the entire soother in their mouth. In such a situation, DO NOT PANIC! The special design of the soother ensures that the child cannot swallow it, and the two holes in the soother shield allow for free breathing. Gently remove the soother from the child's mouth as carefully as possible. • Never dip the soother in sweet substances or medicines, nor lick the soother, as this may cause tooth decay in the child. • For hygiene and safety reasons, replace the soother after about 1-2 months of use.
