The child may choke. • Always use the product under adult supervision. • Never use bottle nipples as pacifiers. • Glass bottles can break. Usage tips: Before first use, disassemble the product into individual parts, wash them, and place them in boiling water for 5 minutes. This serves hygiene. Before each use, wash thoroughly to ensure hygiene. Sterilize if necessary. Store in dry and hygienic conditions. For cleaning, use NUK bottle and pacifier cleaning liquid or mild dishwashing liquid and remove food residues from all nooks and crannies. If necessary, soak the product, under no circumstances should the inside of the bottle be scratched. Rinse thoroughly. Do not wash pacifiers and bottles in a dishwasher – dishwasher detergent may damage the material! Some food products may cause discoloration of the material (e.g., carrot juice) or change the smell (e.g., fennel tea), which does not affect the product's usability. If the bottle is damaged on the inside (e.g., scratched), it should be replaced for hygiene reasons. For boiling or steaming, always disassemble the bottle into individual parts and leave them open; otherwise, deformation may occur. For steaming, we recommend the NUK steam sterilizer or the NUK microwave steam sterilizer. To avoid damaging the material, always follow the operating instructions issued by the sterilizer manufacturer. When disinfecting plastic bottles, do not exceed the maximum allowable temperature of 100°C (as indicated on the bottle)! Colors that change with temperature are sensitive to moisture and temperature and descaling agents. Frequent boiling or sterilization will cause colors to fade over time. Bottle nipples: before use, check the bottle nipple and stretch it in all directions. If the first signs of damage or wear are noticed, the pacifier should be discarded. Before each use, check the vent valve and nipple hole for blockage by lightly stretching. Do not immerse in medications! Do not expose the pacifier or bottle to direct sunlight or heat, nor leave it longer than indicated in the disinfectant (sterilization solution), as this may reduce the durability of the pacifier or damage the material. For hygiene reasons, the pacifier should be replaced every 1 - 2 months. Latex pacifiers: made from natural rubber. Glass bottles: do not use metal spoons for mixing in the bottle – this can create micro-cracks that may later destroy the bottle. Never use force when unscrewing/screwing the bottle. Replace the bottle if there are the slightest signs of damage, such as cracks, etc. Always heat open bottles (risk of explosion) and then cool (risk of deformation)! Special care should be taken when heating in a microwave; uneven heating of food may occur. After heating the food, always stir and check the temperature before feeding.
