It can work in an auxiliary mode, accompanying the waiter to deliver orders or collect dirty dishes, as well as in a fully automatic mode, delivering orders from the kitchen to the tables.
The robot is extremely simple to operate and when working in automatic mode, the employee only needs to place the orders on trays and indicate the table numbers, and the robot will accurately find the tables and ensure that each client takes only their order. When delivering, the robot will be extremely careful and will not spill a single drop of liquid food or drinks, and will also be extremely polite with visitors, using the voice function.
The Keenon Robotics Dinerbot T9 Pro robot waiter is equipped with the latest innovations in AI and is able to intelligently adjust the route, avoiding obstacles or anticipating possible collisions with visitors. VSLAM technology is used for spatial orientation, based on computer 3D modeling of the environment and ensuring rapid adaptation of the robot to changes in the workspace.
Now there is no need to install markers/QR codes on tables, and the implementation of automated service comes down to familiarizing the robot with the workspace and numbering the tables in it. The map is built in the application and when a new robot is connected, it also becomes available to it, which allows you to scale any volume of work with minimal time costs using task planning tools.
